JOB OVERVIEW

** About the Role:
-Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
-Required Availability: Must be responsive during U.S. evening hours, approximately 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM MST, which is 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM PHT. While the work can be done at any time, we need you to be available for pre-scheduled meetings, chats, etc. within those hours.

We’re looking for a designer who understands the fundamentals — layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy — and knows how to turn a wireframe or starter layout into a polished, professional-looking page. You don’t need to code, but you should understand how your designs translate into real builds.
Bonus points if you’ve worked on conversion-focused sites and understand how layout, structure, and content blocks (like testimonials, CTAs, and social proof) support a user journey, guide attention, build trust, and drive action.

Experience in Figma is a must. Familiarity with Webflow is a big plus.

** Responsibilities:
- Transform wireframes (from Relume) into polished designs in Figma
- Define and apply simple systems (type scale, spacing, hover states, etc.)
- Collaborate with a Webflow developer — you design, they build, with some overlap
- Occasionally design from scratch for internal projects
- Help create a repeatable, scalable design language for our client base

** Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Figma — you can build and organize design systems, not just drag things around
- Know layout principles: scale, spacing, rhythm, alignment, contrast, white space
- Ability to recognize when something “feels off” — and fix it
- Understand how your designs translate into Webflow (bonus if you’ve built in it)
- Ability to communicate in English, responsive during required US evening hours
- Ability to manage tasks independently and proactively update project statuses

** Bonus Skills:
- Experience with conversion-focused sites and understand how to use layout, hierarchy, and content blocks (like social proof, testimonials, FAQs, CTAs) to support the user journey.
- Light copywriting or UX writing skills
- Ability to create iconography or illustrations (not required, just cool)
- Designing or integrating Lottie animations for lightweight motion
- Working with and optimizing SVG assets (icons, illustrations, animations)
- Advanced interactions or animation libraries like GSAP (not required, also just cool)

** Tools We Use:
- Figma
- Relume
- Webflow
- WordPress + Elementor
- ClickUp (project management)
- Google Drive (file sharing)

** Please send:
- A brief introduction about yourself
- Portfolio links to recent Figma projects
- Your expected hourly rate (in USD)
- Any bonus skills you bring
