JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a standard VA role. I am building a serious performance-based
operation and I need one exceptional person who already understands job
boards and US hiring platforms — and is ready to grow into running the
full operation alongside me.

If you have hands-on experience posting jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn,
ZipRecruiter, Lensa, Craigslist, or similar US job boards — and you
understand how to get listings live, indexed, and driving real applicant
volume — read every word below.

ABOUT THE OPERATION

I run a US-facing lead generation and recruitment technology business.
The core engine is driving job applicants through multiple ATS platforms
and job boards into a conversion funnel. Revenue is performance-based —
volume and consistency directly determine income, for the business and
for you through bonuses.

This is not a slow corporate job. Things move fast, methods change,
platforms shift. I need someone who thrives in that environment — not
someone who needs a fixed manual to follow every day.

WHAT YOUR CORE JOB IS

Job board posting is your primary function and your specialty.
Specifically:

— Post jobs daily at volume across Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter,
Lensa, Craigslist, state job boards, and any other US platform
you know or discover.
— Understand how to get listings properly indexed and visible —
not just posted.
— Manage multiple posting accounts across platforms cleanly without
mixing anything up.
— Know which job categories, titles, and descriptions drive the most
applicant volume — and apply that knowledge.
— Track daily results, report what is working, and suggest
improvements without being asked.
— Proactively find new job boards, new posting angles, and new
traffic sources on your own initiative.

WHAT ELSE YOU WILL DO

Beyond job posting, this role grows into:

— Researching companies and joining software demo calls for ATS
platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, and SmartRecruiters
— I bring the company, you prepare and represent us professionally.
— Managing multiple platform accounts cleanly using tools like
incogniton browsing, proxies, and separate credentials where needed.
— First-line problem solving — when accounts get restricted or
platforms change, you troubleshoot before it reaches me.
— Once you understand any method fully, you train new tea ---------- mbers
on it — documented, structured, need-to-know basis.
— Research into new acquisition channels and outreach methods
beyond job boards — social platforms, direct outreach, whatever
you identify as having potential.
— Daily reporting, documentation, and becoming the operational
memory of the business.

You learn fast and work independently. I explain something once.
You figure out the rest. When something breaks you try five
approaches before you come to me. This quality matters more than
any specific skill you already have.

SKILLS

Must have
— Hands-on experience posting jobs on US platforms — Indeed,
LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Lensa, Craigslist, or similar.
This is non-negotiable as your core function.
— Understanding of how job listings get indexed and drive
applicant volume — not just how to submit a form.
— Experience managing multiple accounts on any platform cleanly.
— Comfort with or fast willingness to learn proxies, incognito
browsing, and US phone number sourcing.

Strong bonus:
— Experience with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS.
— Experience on software demo or sales calls.
— LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn job slot experience.
— Any background in lead generation, performance marketing,
or recruitment operations.

COMPENSATION

— Base: $500 – $800 per month depending on experience
— Performance bonus tied directly to applicant volume and results
— Hours: Full-time, 10–12 hours per day in early phase
— Timezone: Indian afternoon and night hours for US overlap
— Growth path: Specialist ? Operations Manager as team grows
