JOB OVERVIEW

I run paid acquisition for e-commerce and high-ticket offers. I need an editor who makes ads that stop the scroll and hold — not pretty corporate videos, performance creative. You'll cut short-form ads (UGC, talking-head, mashups) for Meta/TikTok. Ideal candidate brings the taste, speed, and craft to make them land.This is a full time role.

You'll be cutting:

- Paid-social ads (Often ranging 30 seconds to 3 minutes) — hooks, retention pacing, captions, zooms, b-roll, sound design
- Multiple hook/intro variations per ad for testing
- Fast iterations on winners

You're a fit if you:

- Have actually cut paid-social / DR / UGC ads (not weddings, not corporate) and can prove it with examples you edited
- Understand the first 2 seconds decide everything — you think in hooks and retention
- Have genuine taste: timing, typography, music, pacing
- Are accountable and communicative — you hit deadlines and don't go dark (zero tolerance policy for this. Please do not apply if this is you)
- Keep it fresh — you don't run the same template into the ground
- Speaks fluent english


Bonus (not required):
- An eye for static graphics and landing pages (we use AI tools for a lot of this)
