Senior Video Editor (Long-Form & Short-Form Content)

Video Editor (Long-Form & Short-Form Content) – Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Video Editor to support the production of long-form and short-form video content across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) for someone with proven editing experience who understands pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific optimization.

Responsibilities
- Edit long-form video content (YouTube-style videos, podcasts, educational content)
- Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Create clean, engaging edits with strong pacing and retention
- Add captions, on-screen text, and basic motion elements when needed
- Perform basic audio cleanup and color correction
- Export content in formats optimized for each platform
- Collaborate with the team and implement feedback efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional video editing experience
- Demonstrated experience editing both long-form and short-form content
- Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve (preferred), or Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of short-form video editing for engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Strong communication and responsiveness

Nice to Have
- Experience editing educational, business, or talking-head content
- Familiarity with YouTube retention strategies and short-form hooks
- Experience working with shared cloud folders (Google Drive, Dropbox)
- Basic motion graphics or animated captions experience
