Senior UI/UX Designer & AI Website Visualisation Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer & AI Website Visualisation Specialist who can transform ideas, briefs, SEO strategies, Google Ads requirements and business objectives into premium website experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design ability with modern AI-powered workflows to deliver high-quality websites quickly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for visualising websites before development begins, creating professional Figma designs, producing clear developer handovers and ensuring every website is built with user experience, conversion optimisation and search visibility in mind.

The ideal candidate understands how to use AI to accelerate workflows without producing generic, templated or obviously AI-generated designs.

Key Responsibilities
Website Design
Design modern, conversion-focused websites in Figma
Create homepage concepts and complete website designs
Design service pages, location pages and SEO landing pages
Design Google Ads landing pages focused on lead generation
Produce responsive desktop, tablet and mobile designs
Create reusable design systems and component libraries
Design websites that balance aesthetics, usability and conversion performance
Website Visualisation & Strategy
Take rough briefs and transform them into clear visual concepts
Create user journeys and wireframes
Translate business objectives into website experiences
Structure content layouts for both users and search engines
Incorporate strong E-E-A-T elements throughout website designs
Identify opportunities to improve trust, engagement and conversion rates
AI-Powered Design Workflow

Use modern AI tools to accelerate design production, including:

You should understand how to use AI for:

Sitemap generation

Developer Handover

A key responsibility of this role is creating designs that developers can build efficiently.

You will:

Create clean, organised Figma files
Build reusable component systems
Produce developer-ready specifications
Clearly communicate design intent
Create Loom walkthroughs explaining layouts and functionality
Work closely with developers throughout the build process
Review completed builds against approved designs

The objective is to minimise confusion and create a seamless transition from design to development.

Client Communication
Present design concepts to clients
Explain design decisions and recommendations
Record Loom walkthroughs for client presentations
Gather feedback and implement revisions
Assist with project discovery and planning where required
