We’re a Melbourne-based website design and eCommerce marketing agency. We’ve launched hundreds of Shopify stores, all built using our own proven internal frameworks — fast, visual-first, and designed to convert.

We focus on clean layouts, smart design, and smooth functionality. Every site is crafted with intent, not templates.

The Role

This isn’t a developer role. And it’s not for beginners.

We’re looking for a senior-level website designer with a sharp eye for detail and deep experience designing inside Shopify themes (we use Ella from ThemeForest for most builds).

You should know how to take a brief, roll up your sleeves, and bring a brand to life inside Shopify — beautifully, quickly, and without being handheld.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design Shopify websites using the Ella theme

Apply our internal conversion layout framework (we’ll train you on day one)

Choose fonts, set type scale, and define spacing systems

Build responsive layouts across home, collection, product, and cart

Work with marketers, PMs, and devs (light HTML/CSS if needed)

Own 1–2 builds at a time and hit agreed milestones

What You Bring

A strong portfolio of Shopify or eCommerce websites (live examples preferred)

Confident using the Shopify Theme Editor (low-/no-code), ideally with Ella

Strong grasp of layout, whitespace, typography, and colour choices

Mobile-first mindset and clean UI instincts

Clear communication and reliable delivery

Bonus Points For

Experience with Shopify Plus

Familiarity with common Shopify apps and integrations

Basic SEO awareness from a design perspective

Understanding of CRO best practices and design patterns
