Are you tired of working on generic projects like crypto, CBD, vitamins, cheap cosmetics, and self-help nobodies? Or are you sick of getting hired “full-time,” to only later find out they only need you for “one big new project” and get tossed aside when it’s complete?
Would you rather work somewhere where consistency is valued, with a careful conservative approach to growth? Do you want to work with a company that embraces and encourages new ideas?
Is your dream to work for a company that treats its workers with respect, dignity, and kindness?
At the Whatley Company, we don’t treat our workers like cogs in a machine. We know that every person has their own unique preferences, interests, personality, and dreams. We hire people who want to be empowered and have a voice in what they’re creating.
Are you someone who can speak up if you have a better idea? Do you sometimes have great ideas that get shot down by your current company or clients?
Then we want you at Whatley Co.
Do you want an employer that will invest in you and always make sure you have all the tools and resources needed to do your best work?
