About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled React Web Developer who is passionate about building beautiful, high-performance, and accessible web applications. You won't just be writing code; you will be crafting digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design detail, a deep understanding of React internals, and a proven track record of delivering "pixel-perfect" websites that scale. Please have a working knowledge of Bitcoin, or be willing to learn.

What You’ll Do

Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, reusable, and maintainable React components and front-end architectures.

Prioritize Quality: Ensure the highest quality of code through rigorous testing (unit, integration, and E2E) and constant performance optimization.

Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes into functional, responsive web interfaces.

Optimize: Improve web vitals and performance metrics to ensure a lightning-fast user experience across all devices and browsers.

Lead & Mentor: Participate in code reviews, contribute to our internal design system, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging front-end trends.

Requirements

Expertise in React: 4+ years of professional experience with React.js, including deep knowledge of Hooks, Context API, and State Management (Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query).

Advanced Animation & UI: Mastery of modern styling and motion libraries. We are looking for someone with deep experience using GSAP (GreenSock) and Anime.js to create complex, high-performance timelines and interactive sequences. Familiarity with Framer Motion is also expected.

Modern CSS: Expert-level knowledge of Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.

TypeScript Mastery: Strong experience with TypeScript to ensure type safety and scalable codebases.

Core Web Fundamentals: Deep understanding of HTML5, semantic markup, and "Vanilla" JavaScript (ES6+).

Performance Mindset: Experience with SSR (Next.js), static site generation, and optimizing for Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).

Testing Culture: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright/Cypress.

Portfolio: A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing high-quality, responsive websites with smooth interactions and clean layouts.

Nice to Have
Knowledge of web 3.0/iot/blockchain
Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
