JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a Senior Python Developer with expertise in AWS to join our development team. If you are experienced and passionate about implementing scalable and secure server-side solutions, this job opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability. You will create APIs and microservices to support front-end functionalities, set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, and ensure data security and integration of authentication mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement server-side logic with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build APIs and microservices to support front-end functionalities.
• Set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement authentication mechanisms and ensure data security.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in AWS services such as AWS Platform, Docker Container Deployment, AWS Cognito Auth, S3, API Gateway, and EC2.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment (experience with AWS CDK is a plus).
• Knowledge of software development processes, Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies, and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Minimum of 5 years of strong experience in Python.

Working Conditions:
This is a fully remote, full-time, and contractual position that allows you to work from anywhere. However, you must be based in the Philippines, and your working hours will align with the Philippine time zone.
