Leads the concepting, design and execution of high-quality motion graphics and video content
Edits video content into dynamic, story-driven sequences aligned to brand, campaign and audience objectives
Delivers work across multiple channels including digital, social, paid media and broadcast-ready formats
Partners with producers to manage the full production lifecycle, from concept through to final delivery
Maintains exceptional creative and technical standards, ensuring all outputs meet brand and quality guidelines
Brings strong creative instinct and visual storytelling capability, including rhythm, pacing and music selection
Collaborates closely with cross-functional creative teams and engages directly with clients to interpret briefs and feedback
Adapts quickly to change, managing revisions and production challenges efficiently
Actively explores new tools, techniques and AI-driven workflows to enhance creative output and efficiency
Contributes positively to team culture, collaboration and creative leadership within the studio

Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, animation, compositing
Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing, sequencing, finishing
Adobe Photoshop – image manipulation, asset preparation
Adobe Illustrator – vector artwork, titles, graphic elements
Video & Production Workflows
End-to-end video production workflows, from raw footage to final output
Editing and exporting for multiple formats, resolutions and platforms
Audio syncing, pacing and music-driven editing
AI & Emerging Creative Tools
Experience using AI tools to support motion design, editing, visualisation or workflow optimization
Project & Collaboration Tools
Familiarity with production workflows and planning tools
Strong digital collaboration and feedback integration practices
