Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Senior Mobile Developer to lead mobile development for Workflo. You'll be responsible for enhancing our React Native app, improving performance, and delivering a seamless mobile-first experience for task and CRM users.

Responsibilities:
- Lead development of React Native features for iOS and Android
- Build reusable mobile components and screens
- Optimize app performance and load times
- Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams
- Implement analytics, deep linking, push notifications, and offline support

Requirements:
- 5+ years in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in React Native
- Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns and navigation
- Experience with Expo, Fastlane, OTA updates, and app store deployment
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Familiarity with native modules (Swift/Java/Kotlin) is a plus
