Senior Marketer

I am looking to hire a talented and multi-skilled marketer with at least five years of experience as a Digital Marketer.

My business is growing quickly and I would like to hire someone that I can work with strategically and who can bring expertise and support with the delivery and performance of client campaigns.

This role is a senior position that will work directly with me. The successful applicant will need to be a thorough and detailed person who is committed to helping me grow the business and who has an active interest in growing the career through my business.

The skills that I would like the person to have is:

- Running, managing and creating Google ads
- Running, managing, and creating Meta ads.
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console - Implementation and Analysis
- CRM, Automation, Funnel Building: I run my business on a "High Level" version, so experience with this platform is a big bonus. You'll need to have experience with similar functionality if it is not High-Level.
- SEO - Ability to do a website audit: Technical, on-page, off-page (experience with Screaming Frog, SemRush, and Google Keyword Planner).
- Reporting - Ability to put together currently using Looker Studio and Agency Analytics, so experience with this is beneficial.
- Graphic Design - Experience with platforms like Canva, Figma and (Adobe is a plus). (Primarily to put together social posts and basic static ads).
- Copywriting - Email, ads and content - if you have experience with this, then this is another bonus.

I see this as a very important point—candidates will be asked to demonstrate some of these core competencies as part of the hiring process.

If you do not consider yourself a senior Digital Marketer who can demonstrate five years of experience with the majority of the skills above, your application will not be considered.

Please note that this is an implementation role, and technical marketing skills are needed. it can grow into a managerial role if the successful candidate has the skills and desire to manage a team as the business grows.
