Senior GoHighLevel, WordPress & Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel, WordPress, website design, and web development. This individual will be responsible for building and optimizing websites, funnels, landing pages, automations, and digital systems that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical—someone who can design attractive, high-converting pages while also handling the coding and technical implementation required to bring ideas to life.

Core Responsibilities:

1. GoHighLevel & Automation
* Build and maintain funnels and landing pages
* Create and optimize automation workflows
* Develop email campaigns and nurture sequences
* Set up appointment scheduling and automated reminders
* Manage CRM pipelines and lead follow-up systems
* Create forms, surveys, and lead capture systems
* Build automations for registrations, onboarding, and customer communication
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GHL

2. WordPress & Website Development
* Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites
* Create high-converting landing pages and website pages
* Improve website user experience and functionality
* Implement website updates and enhancements
* Troubleshoot website issues and technical challenges
* Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile users
* Manage website integrations and forms

3. Design & Development
* Create professional and visually appealing website layouts
* Translate business goals into effective website designs
* Customize pages using WordPress builders and custom code when necessary
* Implement design improvements to increase engagement and conversions
* Perform front-end website development and customization

4. Technical Problem Solving
* Identify solutions and workarounds when challenges arise
* Research and resolve technical issues independently
