Senior Developer - FinTech

About Us
We're a growing FinTech company operating in the financial services space. We've built a solid foundation with our current product, and we're now looking to expand our offerings with a new application that will leverage our existing database infrastructure.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and help build our next application. In this role, you will work directly with product leadership who will provide prototypes and clear direction. Your primary responsibility will be implementing high-quality code quickly and efficiently.

Tech Stack
Backend: Laravel
Frontend: Vue.js
Hosting: Vercel

Key Responsibilities

Implement code based on provided prototypes and specifications
Deliver high-quality code with rapid turnaround times
Build a new application that interfaces with our existing database
Participate in daily standups or provide daily email summaries of progress
Work collaboratively with our existing development team
Maintain consistent coding standards and practices

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Laravel and Vue.js development
Thorough understanding of Vercel deployment and optimization
4+ years of experience in web application development (10 + years preferred)
Proven track record of delivering projects on time
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Daily availability for at least 2 hours of overlap with US time zone (either morning or evening)
Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
I want EXCELLENT front end dev skills (almost designer too) as a plus.
