As a business focused on innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency, we're looking for a highly experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer — someone who is confident with both backend and frontend development and can also contribute strategic IT and automation solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain both backend and frontend components of our WordPress ecosystem
• Custom Development: Develop and manage custom WordPress plugins and themes
• API Integration: Seamlessly connect third-party APIs and services
• Automation Solutions: Create Python-based scripts and automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual work
• Business IT Strategy: Recommend and implement tech-based strategies to improve operations and efficiency
• SQL Optimization: Ensure fast performance and scalable queries across our WordPress databases
• System Support: Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, including server, CMS, and frontend
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside operations, pharmacy, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with both backend (PHP, SQL, API integration) and frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) development
• Deep knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development, and customization
• Demonstrated experience integrating RESTful APIs and external systems
• Proficiency in Python scripting, particularly for automation and backend tasks
• Experience in identifying, planning, and executing process automations and digital workflows
• Ability to provide IT guidance and support to a fast-growing team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in business systems, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make/Integromat
• Understanding of web security, data privacy, and performance best practices
• Strong portfolio showing custom development and problem-solving
