Senior Full Stack React/Next.js Developer – SaaS, Stripe, API, Modern UI

We are looking for an experienced full stack React/Next.js developer to build a visually impressive SaaS platform for real estate analysis. This is not a basic dashboard project—our platform requires:

-Account creation and OAuth login (Google/X)

-Dynamic calculator for property investment, pulling live data from multiple APIs

-Smart automation that suggests offer prices using advanced real estate logic

-Stripe-powered subscriptions, usage quotas, and one-click bundle purchases

-Affiliate/referral system integration (Rewardful)

-Modern, responsive CyberPunk-style UI (you'll see our site for reference)

All flows and business logic are fully documented for you—no endless pivots, no guesswork

Tech Stack:
React (Next.js), TailwindCSS, Node.js (API routes or Express), PostgreSQL, NextAuth.js (or similar), Stripe, Rewardful

-A strong communicator, able to work independently and deliver clean, scalable code

-Experienced building modern SaaS (especially with Next.js, Stripe, and API integrations)

-Obsessed with UI/UX and performance

-Proud of your work and portfolio
