We manage multiple fast-scaling products and hold a single standard: ship stable software, quickly.

Your First 48 Hours

Hours 0–12:

Get your local stack running (Docker or Laravel Sail)

Find and fix at least two serious audit issues (e.g. hardcoded secret, XSS, SQL injection)

Hours 12–24:

Set up PHPUnit and Vitest or Jest

Get tests running for critical flows like signup, login, and feature use in CI

Hours 24–48:

Set pipelines to block on failed tests, linting, or security scans

Submit a pull request fixing unsafe Blade usage in the 10 highest-traffic views

Outline a one-page roadmap prioritizing the next 10 fixes

From Day 3 Onward

You’ll work through Stripe webhook fixes, controller cleanup, JS dependency checks, and auth gaps—burning down at least 10 key issues per week. Critical path test coverage climbs past 80%.

Your Toolbelt

AI tools: Gemini Pro and Cursor (required and provided)

CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes

QA stack: PHPUnit, Pest, PyTest, Cypress or Playwright, Vitest or Jest, k6, ZAP, SonarQube

Your Role

Tackle audit findings daily: fix, test, merge

Jump between Laravel, Python, Vue, and React based on priority

Use AI for drafting, refactoring, and testing—but verify manually

Maintain pipeline quality: fail fast, fix fast, document root causes

Use text or Google Chat for high-priority communication, ---------- for everything else

Think like a user, break things like an attacker, polish like an owner
