We're seeking a **Senior Full Stack Python Developer** who can *architect, own, and drive solutions* across both frontend and backend. You’ll work with minimal supervision while actively collaborating with front-end developers, stakeholders, and leadership. You should thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment and bring genuine curiosity about evolving technologies.

### ????? What You’ll Be Doing

* Translate real-world user requirements into solid architecture and implementation
* Write scalable, maintainable backend code using **Python (Django)**
* Occasionally maintain or extend **PHP/WordPress** scripts
* Create clean, efficient frontend code with **React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap**
* Collaborate closely with front-end devs, ensuring seamless handoffs and integrations
* Set up and optimize **PostgreSQL** or **MySQL** databases
* Build and consume **REST APIs**
* Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize infrastructure and app performance
* Work with stakeholders directly on project requirements and deliverables
* Contribute to code reviews, planning sessions, and deployment pipelines

### ???? Tech Stack & Tools

**Must-Haves:**

* Python (Django), PostgreSQL or MySQL
* Git (branching, merging, PR workflows)
* REST APIs
* Strong communication & project ownership

**Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):**

* Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
* PHP/WordPress understanding
* Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
* Exposure to DigitalOcean and nginx/Apache
* Caching tools like Redis or Memcached
* Basic UI/UX design skills and understanding of responsive layouts
* Security best practices across all layers
* Comfort writing unit tests and deploying via CI/CD pipelines

* Ability to work night shift hours reliably
