What You’ll Own & Ship at Terrifying Speed

The entire InfiniteCreator platform end-to-end
AI video generation pipeline (photo ? cinematic walkthrough with transitions, music, voiceover, captions, text overlays)
Advanced AI features: smart camera paths, auto-property highlighting, virtual staging, 3D-like panning, agent selfie intros
Mobile-first upload flow (agents shoot with iPhone ? instant pro video)
Template engine with 100+ real estate-specific styles (luxury, modern, condo tour, etc.)
Rendering farm that handles 10,000+ concurrent video generations without melting
Payment, subscription, and team accounts system
Internal dashboard for support, analytics, and rapid feature iteration
Everything that would take a normal startup 18 months – you’ll do in 4–6

Required Superpowers (No Exceptions)

You ship multiple production features per week using AI agents (not just Copilot autocomplete)
God-tier prompt engineering – you make Claude/Sonnet/Opus generate production-grade video processing code
Personal arsenal of reusable AI prompts and agents that 10x your output
Built and shipped something substantial in the last 90 days using >80% AI-generated code
Deep experience with at least two of: video generation (Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma), diffusion models, FFmpeg pipelines, React Native / Expo, Next.js, Node/Python backends
You rage at 2-minute render times and fix it the same day

Current Stack (We Will Happily Burn It If You Have a Faster AI-Native One)

Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router) + Tailwind + shadcn/ui + TypeScript
Mobile: React Native / Expo (or Swift/Kotlin if you insist)
Backend: Node/NestJS or Python/FastAPI
AI/Video: Whatever is SOTA this week (Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, ComfyUI workflows, custom diffusion, etc.)
Infra: Vercel, AWS/GCP for GPU rendering, Supabase/Neon, Redis
Media: FFmpeg, Cloudflare Stream, custom AI upscaling
