After years of successful growth using third-party tools, we're now building our own all-in-one platform to centralize operations and scale.

The Role
We're looking for a senior full-stack software engineer to accelerate development of our educational platform. You'll work directly with founders to develop our web app and iOS app MVPs serving students, parents, tutors, and administrators. As our technical lead, you'll own architecture decisions, establish development practices, and mentor junior team members as we scale.

What You'll Build
- Phase 1 - Web App Foundation: Build core operational infrastructure for our web app including admin dashboards for business management, essential tutoring tracking features for tutors/parents/students, and payment processing integration
- Phase 2 - Integrated Classroom: Develop integrated classroom with video calling and collaborative whiteboarding functionality (Preply-style)
- Phase 3 - Content Marketplace: Build content marketplace for tutors to create and monetize educational content
- Phase 4 - iOS Native App: After launching our web app MVP, develop our Swift / React Native iOS application from the ground up

Required Experience
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proven ability to architect and own full product development
- Experience mentoring or leading other developers
- Database & Backend: Supabase (PostgreSQL)
- Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript
- Version Control: Git development workflows

Nice to Have
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Swift / React Native (iOS development)
- Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools
- Familiarity with Xero and Airwallex APIs, and Agora SDKs
- Previous EdTech or marketplace platform experience
- Understanding of Hong Kong/Asian tutoring industry dynamics

Position Details
- Compensation: 75,000-150,000 pesos per month
- Work Model: Mainly remote, monthly in-person meetings
- Location: Based in the Philippines
- Start Date: Immediate start available
