Senior Front-End Web Developer

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Front-End Web Developer to help build and maintain the next generation of our task management + CRM platform. You’ll take the lead on refining the web experience, creating scalable UI components, and ensuring performance and accessibility.

Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, modern UI using React (or relevant JS framework)
- Own and evolve component libraries and design systems
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and real-time data sources
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine UX
- Optimize performance and implement best practices (SEO, accessibility)

Requirements:
- 5+ years in front-end web development
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind or equivalent
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Figma-to-code process)
- Experience in building dashboard-style, data-driven applications
- Clear understanding of responsive design, cross-browser issues
