We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Dispute & Payment Operations Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce company.
You will be responsible for managing and resolving disputes, chargebacks, and payment-related cases across multiple e-commerce stores in the United States and Europe.
We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience working with payment providers and dispute management systems, including:
• PayPal
• Airwallex
• Ocean Payments (OC Payments)
• Payoneer
• Credit card chargebacks and banking disputes
Your responsibilities include:
• Daily monitoring and handling of disputes and chargebacks
• Communicating with payment providers and financial institutions
• Preparing evidence and documentation for dispute cases
• Monitoring dispute KPIs and reducing chargeback ratios
• Creating processes and improving payment operations
• Supporting the scaling of multiple international e-commerce stores
Initially, the workload will be manageable, but we are heavily investing in launching many new stores and expect this role to grow significantly over time.
This position offers a high degree of flexibility and remote working. The successful candidate will become an important part of our organization and may eventually lead additional team members as the department expands.
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience in dispute and chargeback management
• Experience with PayPal, Airwallex, Ocean Payments, Payoneer and payment processors
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
Salary is negotiable and depends on experience.
