We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience building analytics ecosystems from the ground up. This freelance role offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position, where you’ll take ownership of architecting and managing our marketing analytics stack. You’ll be responsible for configuring and integrating tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, RedTrack, Social Status, DashThis, and Lightdash ensuring seamless data flow across acquisition, retention, and reporting.
You’ll lead the full setup and integration process, connecting attribution platforms, designing and maintaining data pipelines into a warehouse, modeling data with dbt, and developing advanced dashboards in Lightdash. Beyond implementation, you’ll continuously optimize the system, unify disparate tools, and deliver actionable insights that guide marketing strategy and improve performance across web ads, mobile apps, PC games, and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building dashboards and linking tools together from scratch, with deep expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and BI visualization. Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics is essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies that drive business impact. This role blends data engineering, marketing analytics, and BI visualization, offering the chance to shape a scalable analytics ecosystem while growing into a long-term leadership position within our team.
