Senior Creative Strategist, Paid Social
Full-time | Remote | PH-based
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Creative Strategist who lives and breathes paid social creative strategy. This is not a junior role. We need someone with proven experience turning performance data, UGC insights, and creative briefs into high-converting
You’ll work across both the analytical and creative side of paid social, from understanding what is working inside ad accounts to briefing creators, scripting ads, reviewing UGC, and guiding video editors from concept to final output.
What You’ll Do
Analyse paid social account performance to identify what is working, what is not, and where new creative opportunities exist.
Review key creative and performance metrics, including ROAS, CPMs, CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and other paid social data points.
Write clear, strategic creative briefs based on account performance, audience insights, and winning ad angles.
Brief UGC creators on hooks, body copy, product positioning, social proof, risk reversal, and CTA direction.
Script paid social ads using direct response structure: hook, solution, de-risk, social proof, and CTA.
Review UGC footage and identify the strongest
Brief video editors end-to-end so they can turn raw UGC into high-converting
Work closely with the creative team to test new hooks, formats, angles, and creative concepts.
Use performance data to guide creative decisions and improve future ad iterations.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, preferably for
Strong understanding of paid ads, including creative performance, testing, metrics, ROAS, CPMs, CTR, hook rate, and conversion-focused creative.
Experience briefing content creators and directing UGC-style ad content.
Strong ability to write ad scripts, hooks, body copy, CTAs, and creative briefs.
Comfortable reviewing UGC content and translating raw footage into clear editing direction.
Able to analyse account performance and identify which creative angles, hooks, and formats are driving results.
Strong direct response thinking and a clear understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, watch, click, and buy.
Organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple creative projects at once.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with ecommerce brands or DTC product ads.
Experience managing or supporting creative testing systems for paid social.
Familiarity with Meta Ads creative strategy and UGC production workflows.
A portfolio of past creative briefs, ad scripts, UGC direction, or paid social ad examples.
