We have a clear conversion direction and are looking for a disciplined implementer to execute a high-performing intake website.

This is NOT a brand redesign or SEO strategy role.

This is an execution role focused on clarity, trust, hierarchy, and bookings.

What You’ll Do

-Implement a structured homepage layout focused on conversion

-Build a strong above-the-fold trust stack

-Execute clear CTA hierarchy

-Build a simple 3-step intake flow

-Optimize mobile-first conversion

-Integrate booking + CRM

-Implement tracking events

-Improve speed and performance

-Launch fast and iterate based on data

You are responsible for disciplined execution — not inventing strategy.

Required Experience

-Built high-converting service-based websites

-Strong visual hierarchy and CTA clarity

-Implemented CRO-focused layouts

-CRM/booking integration experience

-Mobile-first execution mindset

-Comfortable iterating based on performance data
