Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js + TypeScript) – 10+ yrs – Real SaaS Only

We’re hiring a senior backend engineer to help scale and secure the infrastructure behind our growing SaaS platform.
This is a high-responsibility role — ideal for someone who’s built and maintained real, production-grade SaaS systems (not static sites, not portfolios, not agency fluff).

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of backend experience, primarily in Node.js + TypeScript

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent technical degree)

Expert in designing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases
? You’ve worked with Supabase or similar
? You know schema design, indexes, migrations, and performance tuning

Experience running multi-tenant SaaS apps

You’ve handled production-level traffic from hundreds (or thousands) of active users

Proficient in API integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, Webhooks

Familiarity with modern deployment — we use ----------

You know how to run production safely, locally and remotely

You write secure, tested, scalable code

Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and team workflows (GitHub)

Please Don’t Apply If:
You’ve only worked on landing pages or client sites

You “dabble” in TypeScript or Postgres — we need mastery, not learning on the job

You lack experience in real SaaS systems that serve real users

You don’t know how to safely push to live production

We are not here to mentor juniors or clean up rushed code.

Bonus Points For:
Experience with React (frontend is React-based)

Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or other high-accuracy environments

Strong understanding of data privacy, auth flows, rate limiting, etc.

About the Role:
Remote, long-term

You’ll work directly with the tech founder

You’ll be responsible for stability, architecture, and scale
