Senior Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (Full-Time | Experienced Only)

We are looking for several highly experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our eCommerce operations. This is a full-time role for someone who already has proven, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and can operate with minimal supervision.

Important: This position is for EXPERIENCED professionals only.
Please do NOT apply if you are a beginner or have no real Amazon FBA experience.

Responsibilities:

Create, optimize, and manage high-converting Amazon product listings
Handle inventory tracking, forecasting, and restocking coordination
Manage listing variations and bulk uploads (flat files required) or using our api.
Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Conduct competitor and keyword research to improve performance
Track orders, shipments, returns, and overall account activity
Identify and solve issues proactively without constant guidance

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3+ years of proven Amazon FBA experience
Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Strong experience with listing optimization (SEO & keyword research)
Experience managing inventory and stock forecasting
Familiarity with tools like shipstation, finale inventory, amazon seller central etc.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reliability

Preferred:

Experience with Amazon PPC (ads management)
Experience scaling Amazon stores
Data-driven mindset with reporting/analytics skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
