Senior AI Video Editor & Creative Producer (Meta Ads / UGC / VSL / AI Content)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Video Editor & Creative Producer to join our team and help create high-converting direct response video ads for eCommerce brands.

You must be experienced in producing:

AI UGC Ads
VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
Native Ads
Doctor Ads
Testimonial Ads
Problem/Solution Ads
Product Demonstration Ads
TikTok Ads

Facebook & Instagram Ads

This is not a basic editing position.

We are looking for someone who understands direct response marketing, creative strategy, hooks, retention, storytelling, and can use AI tools to create realistic and high-quality ad creatives.

Responsibilities
Create AI UGC videos from scripts
Produce VSLs from provided frameworks
Generate AI avatars and AI actors
Edit Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram
Source and organize B-roll footage
Create native-style ad creatives
Create doctor/expert style ads
Add captions, motion graphics, and visual effects
Follow creative briefs and deadlines
Continuously improve creative performance
Required Skills

Experience with additional AI creative tools is a bonus.

Experience creating Meta ad creatives
Experience creating AI UGC content
Experience producing VSLs
Portfolio required
Ability to work independently
