Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced 3D Renderer / Designer with 10+ years of professional experience to create photorealistic renderings and 3D models for interior and architectural projects. This is a part-time, hourly role for a skilled professional who can work independently while collaborating with our design team.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations including 3D walk thru videos of interiors, architecture, furniture, and site layouts.
• Produce realistic materials, lighting, and textures to match design intent.
• Convert models to SketchUp, Revit, or other required formats as needed.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and fidelity to project plans.
• Revise models and renderings based on feedback promptly.
• Maintain organized 3D asset libraries and follow company rendering standards.
• Support presentations, walkthroughs, and marketing materials as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in 3D rendering / design for interior and architectural projects.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent 3D software.
• Strong understanding of interior design and architectural principles.
• Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced 3D visualization skills is required.

Compensation:
• Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
• Flexible schedule (part-time hours).
