TruGuard Security is a premier security services company based in California, USA. We are seeking a sharp, thick-skinned, and highly reliable Operations & Logistics Coordinator to handle the front-line execution of our daily security schedules.
This role is entirely focused on the "people and logistics" side of our business. If you are a master at solving scheduling puzzles, managing field employee attendance, enforcing discipline, and maintaining great relationships with clients, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guard Scheduling & Call-Off Resolution
- Live Roster Management: Monitor daily rosters to ensure 100% attendance across all client sites.
- Emergency Shift Coverage: Swiftly resolve last-minute guard call-offs, no-shows, and emergencies by deploying backup personnel immediately.
- Overtime Control: Manage shift scheduling logically to minimize empty posts while keeping unauthorized employee overtime low.
2. Guard Discipline & Accountability
- Performance Enforcement: Monitor guard check-ins, uniform compliance, and adherence to site protocols.
- Field HR & Conflict Resolution: Handle guard complaints, resolve internal disputes, and issue formal corrective/disciplinary actions when company policies are breached.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Client Liaison: Act as a dependable point of contact for clients regarding daily operations, specific requests, or immediate feedback.
- Service Recovery: Proactively contact clients to communicate shift changes or resolve operational issues, ensuring their peace of mind.
4. Administrative Tracking
- Time-Card Auditing: Review and verify guard clock-in/clock-out data against the planned schedule to ensure clean records for billing prep.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in BPO Workforce Management, Fleet/Trucking Dispatch, or Call Center Team Leadership.
- Experience in the Security Industry (US-based security agency dispatch/coordination is a massive advantage).
- Exceptional Crisis Management: A calm-under-pressure attitude with the ability to solve scheduling emergencies quickly.
- Strong Tech Literacy: Comfortable learning and navigating modern digital spreadsheets, scheduling apps, and internal company portals.
- Excellent English & Client Presence: Strong, professional verbal and written English communication skills to easily converse with US corporate clients and field personnel.
- Geographic Intuition: Ability to quickly master Southern California geography to make smart, efficient guard deployment choices.
Work Requirements
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed backup internet and a reliable power source.
- Ability to work fixed US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
- Willingness to be the designated on-call contact for critical dispatch and guard emergencies outside of standard shift hours.
