Script Writer & Operations Assistant

We are a fast-growing short-form history channel across multiple social media platforms. We create short, punchy historical videos that explain the engineering, tactics and biology behind the ancient world. We're expanding our production pipeline and need a sharp, reliable person to help run daily operations.

This is not a typical VA role. If you find history genuinely fascinating — ancient Rome, Egyptian engineering, Viking warfare, medieval life — you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do Daily

Research historical topics using approved tools and frameworks
Generate script drafts using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) following our proven formulas but add your creative spin.
Submit scripts for approval before production
Record voiceovers in ElevenLabs once scripts are approved
Coordinate with our video editor and track production pipeline
Upload final videos on social media
Respond to comments across all platforms — thoughtfully, not with copy-paste replies
Light admin tasks — tracking, scheduling, reporting


What We're Looking For

Genuine interest in history — ancient civilisations, military history, engineering, biology
Comfortable using AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs or willing to learn fast
Strong written English — comment responses need to sound human and knowledgeable
Organised and reliable — this is a daily production pipeline, consistency matters
Available during UAE business hours or significant overlap
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube uploads is a plus
Video editing or content creation background is a bonus, not required
