BathHound Inc. is a growing bathroom remodeling company based in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in bathtub-to-shower and shower-to-bathtub conversions and operate an in-house call center, sales team, installation team, and customer service department.
We utilize Salesforce as our primary CRM and business management platform. The system has already been built and customized, but we are seeking experienced Salesforce professionals to help clean up, optimize, maintain, and continue improving the platform as our company grows.
We are hiring two full-time Salesforce specialists to become long-ter ---------- mbers of our support team.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer who can manage both configuration and development within Salesforce. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a home service, home improvement, construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, or similar field-service business.
This role will focus on improving an existing Salesforce environment rather than building a system from scratch.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve Salesforce configuration and automation
Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
Improve data quality and reporting accuracy
Build reports and dashboards for management, sales, operations, and marketing
Develop and maintain Apex code and Lightning Web Components as needed
Manage API integrations with third-party software
Assist with call center workflows, sales processes, installation scheduling, and customer lifecycle tracking
Identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency
Document changes and maintain system standards
Participate in ongoing system cleanup and optimization projects

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Experience with Salesforce Administration and Development
Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience working with API integrations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a home service, home improvement, construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, remodeling, or field service company
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, etc.)
Experience integrating Salesforce with:
Phone systems
Marketing platforms
Accounting software
Scheduling software
Lead generation platforms
Experience supporting multi-location businesses

Work Schedule

Full-time remote position
Monday through Friday
Must be available during U.S. Mountain Time business hours, or overlap a minimum of 4 hours daily with our management team
