JOB OVERVIEW

Position Title: Salesforce Admin & Data Processing Engineer
Location: Remote (must align with U.S. business hours)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)
Compensation: USD 900 per month
Role & Responsibilities
Serve as primary Salesforce administrator: configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permission sets, and profiles.
Perform data processing tasks including data migration, bulk data entry, deduplication, and quality checks.
Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud setups—build and maintain journeys, email templates, and automation.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather requirements and refine workflows, approval processes, and security settings.
Define, organize, and manage a standardized tag taxonomy to ensure consistent lead classification and cross-departmental reporting.
Develop advanced SOQL/SOSL queries and matching logic to pair property listings with client profiles based on criteria such as needs, age, occupation, and preferences.
Support Email and SMS marketing integrations—troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable campaign delivery.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of a custom “Salesforce Assistant” tool to boost sales team productivity.
Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis; deliver regular client segmentation reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Proven Salesforce implementation or administrative experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on proficiency in Python for scripting data transformations and integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security/sharing architecture, and best practices for high-volume data operations.
Prior experience designing tagging schemes and client segmentation workflows is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for seamless collaboration with U.S.-based colleagues.
Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours and respond promptly to team requests.
