Appointment Setter – Manufacturing Sales (Remote

We place dedicated sales reps inside manufacturing companies and run outbound campaigns on their behalf. This role is appointment setting, you're on the phone and in inboxes generating qualified meetings for our clients every single day.
What you'll be doing

90% of this job is cold calling. The other 10% is everything that comes after a good call: confirming meetings, following up, and keeping your pipeline clean. You're on the phone the majority of your day, every day, calling manufacturing decision-makers. Everything else is handled: we provide the leads, the scripts, and the power dialer. You manage yourself and hit your numbers.

What we need from you

C2-level English, spoken and written. Non-negotiable. If you're not C2, do not apply.
The ability to complete 125+ calls per day. If that sounds like a lot, this isn't the right fit.
You need to be ready to train fast and start dialing fast. We don't do slow ramps.
Self-management. There's no micromanaging here, you're expected to perform.
