Sales and Account Management Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic sales and account management associate to be a part of our growing team. You will be working hand in hand with the management’s goal main which is to build a long-term client relationship. This can be achieved by satisfying customer’s needs and requests and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Building strong client relationships with old and new customers.
• Communicating with customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
• Handles and resolve general inquiries and issues with the customer and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Provides report to top management on the status of accounts and transactions
• Ensures Sales target are met by monitoring sales metrics (e.g. weekly sales results versus monthly sales target)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Acting as the customer’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:
• With experience in sales and has an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Knowledge of CRM software and other data management software
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to answer customer inquiries on time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality results
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• With experience in lead generation

Additional Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in spreadsheets – can use pivot tables, lookups and other data management software
• Must be willing to work between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
