JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to support business development, lead generation, CRM management, outreach campaigns, and event coordination.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales support, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach
* Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn and other prospecting tools
* Execute LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and follow-up campaigns
* Support email outreach sequences and lead nurturing activities
* Assist in qualifying prospects and identifying potential opportunities

CRM & Database Management
* Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect databases
* Update contact information, activity logs, and pipeline stages
* Generate basic sales activity and outreach reports
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Events & Webinar Support

* Coordinate webinar invitations, registrations, and attendee follow-ups
* Assist with event logistics and communication with participants
* Support post-event lead tracking and follow-up activities

Content Distribution & Engagement
* Share approved content, case studies, and industry insights with prospects
* Support LinkedIn content distribution and engagement efforts
* Assist with maintaining a consistent outbound presence

Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Support, SDR, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Virtual Assistant roles
* Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach
* Comfortable with cold calling and prospect qualification
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
* Email sequencing and prospecting tools
* B2B sales, technology, consulting, or professional services industries
