Sales Support Associate (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Junior Disposition (Sales Support) Associate to join a fast-growing real estate investment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and enjoys speaking with people daily.
You will play a key role in driving deal exposure, building a strong buyers network, and supporting the successful movement of our real estate inventory.

Role Overview:
This is a phone-heavy, activity-driven role focused on buyer outreach, deal marketing, and pipeline support. You will be responsible for actively engaging buyers, promoting available properties, and ensuring deals reach the right audience quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential cash buyers (200–300 calls per day)
Build, grow, and maintain an active buyers list
Send email blasts for new deals using CRM tools
Post property listings across Facebook groups and other social media platforms
Respond to buyer inquiries regarding active deals and listings
Send text alerts and deal updates to buyers and channels
Spend approximately 75% of the day on outbound calls

Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-ups
Experience in real estate, sales, or call center environments is an advantage
Highly reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Hourly Rate: $5 – $7 USD per hour (based on experience and performance)
