Sales Support Assistant
Reporting To: Vice President of Sales, U.S.-based

Location: Makati

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to our sales division across multiple brands. This position is a critical part of our international team and requires a high level of organizational skill, digital fluency, and initiative. You’ll work directly with the U.S.-based VP of Sales and collaborate across departments to support market readiness, product setup, and retail execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration & Division Support

Work directly with the VP of Sales to manage day-to-day operational needs of the sales division.

Maintain and update product style records in our ERP system (NSERP) with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate style entry and updates for key wholesale partners, including Nordstrom (uploading product data and assets).

2. Digital Tools & System Management

Prepare and maintain line sheets, lookbooks, and digital sales tools using Airtable and Google Sheets.

Set up and maintain digital assets (photos, video) for seasonal markets.

Assist with showroom database and asset tracking using our internal ATS.

3. E-Commerce and Retail Coordination

Liaise with internal teams to support photo shoots for e-commerce and wholesale needs.

Manage and organize product uploads and brand representation across retail partner portals.

4. Project Coordination

Support seasonal sales planning including market prep, asset organization, and communication tracking.

Support special initiatives such as trade show logistics and virtual appointments.

Qualifications
Required:

1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role (fashion/apparel background a plus).

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Excel.

Comfortable using tools like Airtable and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.

Preferred:

Experience working with international teams, especially in the U.S. fashion wholesale or retail sectors.

Familiarity with ERP systems or similar tools.

Work Setup & Expectations
Equipment including laptop and monitors provided via CW Global People.

Working hours will align with EST (New York time) business hours.
