Sales Representative (English/Spanish) – Performance-Based

What You Can Earn:
This is a results-driven role, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment. You can earn up to $1,000/month based on sales goals, plus commissions for performance that exceeds expectations! The more you sell, the more you earn — uncapped earnings potential for top performers.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. Applications without this requirement will not be considered.
- Proven sales experience (phone, email, WhatsApp, cold calling)
- Experience with warm calling (e.g., abandoned checkouts, follow-ups) and cold calling from ad leads
- Proactive, results-driven, and confident in overcoming objections
- Independent worker with a collaborative mindset
- A quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Re-engage abandoned checkouts with persuasive follow-ups
- Conduct warm and cold calling with provided lead lists
- Cross-sell and upsell products to increase order value
- Handle inquiries, resolve objections, and close sales
- Maintain excellent post-sale customer relationships
- Gather feedback from customer interactions on pain points, interests, and key selling points to help improve our sales strategies and propositions
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve performance
