EMK Global Ventures LLC is a U.S.-based AI Automation company helping service businesses generate more revenue through AI-powered customer communication systems.
Our flagship solution is a 24/7 AI Receptionist and Missed Call Recovery System designed for service businesses such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, Garage Door, and other home service companies.
When a business misses a call, they often lose a customer. Our system helps solve that problem by:
• Answering incoming calls with an AI Receptionist
• Capturing customer information
• Booking appointments
• Recovering missed calls automatically
• Following up with leads
• Helping business owners convert more callers into paying customers
We are currently launching in Texas, USA, beginning with the Plumbing industry, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is confident speaking with American business owners over the phone.
This is not a customer support position. This is a sales role focused on generating appointments, conducting sales conversations, and closing new business.
We are building our founding sales team and looking for ambitious sales professionals who want to grow with the company from the beginning. As we expand across Texas and eventually throughout the United States, top performers will have opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership roles, and higher earning potential.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Cold calling service businesses
• Introducing our AI Receptionist solution
• Setting appointments and demos
• Following up with prospects
• Conducting sales conversations
• Closing new clients
Compensation:
• Fixed Base Salary: $250 USD per month
• Commission: $297 USD for every client that successfully signs up and completes payment
• No cap on commissions
Payment Schedule:
• Base salary is paid weekly during the initial employment period.
• Commissions are paid weekly after the client's payment has been successfully received, processed, and verified by EMK Global Ventures LLC.
• No commission is paid for unpaid, refunded, cancelled, or unverified sales.
Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday: Full working day
• Saturday: Half day schedule ending at 1:00 PM
• Total expected workload: Approximately 48 hours per week
• Candidates must be comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
What We Are Looking For:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Cold calling experience
• Appointment setting experience
• Experience speaking with U.S. business owners
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
• Ability to make 50+ high-quality outbound calls per day
• Focus on meaningful conversations, appointment setting, and closing opportunities rather than simply maximizing call volume
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
