We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and will be responsible for managing and closing leads through GoHighLevel. Converting leads into satisfied clients is crucial for our growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to all incoming leads in GoHighLevel promptly
- Following up consistently with potential clients through messaging
- Explaining our services clearly and addressing prospect concerns
- Building strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process
- Maintaining detailed records of all communications in our CRM
- Converting qualified leads into paying customers
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborating with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Gathering and reporting customer feedback to improve our sales process
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain services and interact professionally with clients.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow up efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling client information and maintaining records.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Time Management: Efficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment.
- Empathy and Patience: Handle client concerns with understanding and patience.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with tea
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus based on client base.
