Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners to introduce and offer service-based solutions—such as cleaning, detailing, maintenance, and other home services—powered by ServiceScaleAI’s partner network.
Your goal is to engage prospects, build rapport, and generate interest or qualified leads for our service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners daily using our provided dialer system.
Follow and adapt sales scripts to connect with potential customers.
Introduce various home service offers clearly and persuasively.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone.
Log call outcomes and notes accurately within the CRM.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly calling and lead-generation goals.
Collaborate with management to improve scripts and sales processes.
Requirements
Excellent English speaking skills (clear, natural accent and strong communication).
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Quality headset with noise cancellation.
Good working laptop or desktop computer.
Strong work ethic and consistency.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve performance.
Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (40 hours/week).
Compensation
Fixed pay: $2.50 USD per hour (agreed upon by submitting an application or responding to this post).
Paid weekly/bi-weekly via WISE.
Performance-based bonuses may be available after probationary period.
