How You Will Contribute:
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organized sales records.
- Monitor lead pipelines and track sales activities to support team performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales metrics for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination across departments.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales operations, data analysis, CRM management, or administrative support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or lending industries is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
