360CoolPro is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial refrigeration equipment for businesses across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
Generate and manage new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide customized service solutions.
Prepare estimates, proposals, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with technicians and the operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or account management.
Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in the HVAC or commercial refrigeration industry is a plus but not required.
