Sales Development Representatives

Three Cords Coffee ( ---------- ) is a UK-based specialty coffee roastery supplying ethically sourced, freshly roasted coffee to cafés, hotels, churches, co-working spaces, and hospitality venues across the UK. We combine exceptional product quality with social impact by supporting community development initiatives with every bag roasted.
As we scale our wholesale operation, we are looking for an energised, confident, and organised SDR to help grow our customer base across the UK.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for calling warm and cold leads in the UK hospitality sector—including cafés, hotels, restaurants, delis, and retail outlets—during GMT office hours.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to Three Cords Coffee, identifying decision-makers, assessing their coffee needs, and booking qualified appointments or discovery calls for our sales manager.
This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys relationship-building, and thrives in a structured, target-driven environment.
