Sales/Outreach Manager (Part-time, High-Earning Role)
We are looking for a highly professional, results-driven Sales/Outreach Manager to lead hyper-personalized B2B outreach. This is not a standard role — it is an opportunity for ambitious, financially motivated people to earn significant income through a generous bonus structure. Base hourly pay is $4–6, but the real earnings come from performance-based bonuses, which form the major part of compensation. Possible flexibility in work hours on a part-time engagement.

We already have a list of target companies and decision-makers. Your mission is to turn these conversations into booked calls with decision-makers.

Key Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English (native-level proficiency; written accuracy is critical)
- Proven experience in B2B outreach/lead generation in strategic niches (fintech, SaaS, consulting, medtech, etc.)
- Results-driven, earning-oriented, and self-motivated — you don’t just send messages, you strategize for maximum impact
- Strong research and personalization skills (understanding pain points and tailoring communication)
- Ability to foster strong, lasting relationships, balancing empathy and persistence
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and achieve outcomes
- Availability to send outreach during EST mornings (approx. 8:00–11:00 ET). A key advantage of this role is working directly with the founder of the company, based in New York.
- CRM/Google Sheets experience, managing multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn)

Nice to Have
- Experience with Western clients
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Apollo, etc.) for improving quality and speed
- Ability to work 4 hours during EST work hours (fully or partially)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Conduct in-depth lead research (pain points, value hypotheses, personalization)
- Build multi-step follow-up sequences (non-spam, behavior-triggered)
- Maintain and track communication in the lead database (using clear checklists for quality)
- Achieve the key outcome: booked calls with decision-makers = bonuses
