JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing services firm seeking an experienced, outbound-focused Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel. Our multi-channel outreach engine — spanning LinkedIn and email — is already built, documented, and producing results. We are looking for a seasoned operator to run it end to end: sourcing and preparing targeted prospect lists, executing outbound campaigns across both channels, managing prospect responses, and converting them into qualified, booked meetings.

This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who takes pride in disciplined, repeatable outbound and consistently hitting meeting targets. It is not a strategy or funnel-design role — the system already exists, and we are hiring someone to run it exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

Own and execute daily outbound across LinkedIn and email using our established outreach system.
Build and rigorously clean targeted prospect lists aligned to our ideal customer profile.
Launch, monitor, and maintain the health and deliverability of active outbound campaigns.
Manage inbound replies promptly and professionally — qualifying prospects and booking meetings onto the calendar.
Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene so no opportunity is lost.
Operate within channel best-practice limits to protect long-term deliverability and account standing.


Requirements

2+ years of B2B outbound sales / SDR / BDR experience with a demonstrable record of booking qualified meetings.
Hands-on experience running cold email and/or LinkedIn outbound at volume.
Excellent written English and a confident, professional communication style.
Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail, particularly with data, lists, and follow-up.
Comfortable working independently from a documented process and self-managing to daily targets.
Proficiency with CRMs, outreach platforms, and spreadsheets.
Experience running multi-channel (LinkedIn + email) outbound sequences.
Background booking meetings for marketing, agency, or professional-services offers.
