The role

This is our first SDR hire. You won't be slotting into someone else's machine — you'll help build it. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get qualified MSP decision-makers on the phone, spark interest, and book discovery calls for our founder.
It's phone-first. Calling is the engine.
What you'll do day to day

Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to MSP owners, directors, and operations leads
Open conversations confidently, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls/demos
Layer in personalized follow-up
Research target accounts before dialing so each call has a reason
Keep the CRM clean — every call, note, and next step logged
Work directly with the founder to sharpen the script, messaging, and target list as we learn what works
Who we're looking for

Excellent spoken English — clear, neutral accent, easy to understand on a call
1–2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting, ideally B2B, SaaS, or IT
Genuinely comfortable on the phone and resilient to rejection — you make the next call
Consistent and self-managing — you hit your numbers without being chased
Coachable — you take feedback and adjust fast
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset
Able to work US Eastern business hours (9am–5pm ET) consistently — this is a hard requirement, since it's when your prospects pick up the phone
Nice to have (not required)

Experience selling into MSPs, IT services, or managed services
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, PSA/RMM tools, or the IT channel
Early-stage / startup experience where you had to figure things out yourself

We built this to reward results, not just activity — a strong base, plus real upside the more you close:
$1,500/month base salary (paid monthly, in USD)
$50 bonus for every qualified meeting that's booked and attended — book 10 a month and that's an extra $500
10% commission on the first year of revenue from every customer you source — this is the big one. Source a deal and you earn 10% of that customer's billing, every month, for their first 12 months. Real, recurring upside. (Commission begins once the customer has been active 60 days and is paid monthly alongside their billing.)
On-target earnings: ~$3,400/month (~$41,000+/year) for a rep who hits target — and it's uncapped. The harder you work the list, the more you make.
