We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on relationship building, follow-up, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering needs, and helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed to taking action.

Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Closer is responsible for nurturing incoming leads, booking qualified consultations, following up with prospects, and eventually conducting sales conversations that convert leads into paying clients.
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity with significant earning potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Contact new leads via phone, text, and email
Qualify prospects using our sales framework
Educate leads on our services and process
Schedule consultations (Space Audits) for qualified prospects
Maintain accurate notes and communication records in CRM

Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
Execute follow-up sequences for warm and cold leads
Re-engage past inquiries and consultation no-shows
Overcome objections and answer common questions
Maintain consistent communication until a decision is made

Sales & Closing
Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified prospects
Identify client pain points and desired outcomes
Present service recommendations and pricing
Confidently handle objections
Close clients into organizing packages and services
Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals

Ideal Candidate
2+ years of sales, appointment setting, or closing experience preferred
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
Highly organized and self-motivated
Able to build rapport quickly and earn trust
Confident discussing pricing and investment
Experience with home services, luxury services, coaching, or consultative sales is a plus
CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity designed to reward both lead quality and sales performance.

Appointment Setting Commission
Earn a commission for each qualified consultation (Space Audit) that is scheduled, attended, and meets our qualification criteria.
Appointments must meet established standards for project scope, budget, decision-making authority, and service fit.

Closed Sale Commission
Earn a larger commission when a lead you nurture converts into a paying client.

Full-Cycle Sales Commission (Growth Opportunity)
As you demonstrate success, you'll have the opportunity to conduct sales calls and close clients directly.
Closers will earn the highest commission percentage on deals they personally close.
