JOB OVERVIEW

Invision Web Design is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities for our growing digital marketing and AI automation agency.
Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to business owners, identifying potential needs, building rapport, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll work with companies across a variety of industries, introducing services such as website design, SEO, AI Voice Receptionists, CRM automation, and digital marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, possesses excellent English communication skills, and is comfortable initiating conversations with business owners. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, coachable, organized, and driven to achieve results.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers
Identify opportunities and qualify prospects
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS
Meet activity and appointment-setting goals
Represent Invision Web Design professionally at all times
